How should I store my tea to maintain freshness?
To keep your tea at its best, store it in a cool, dark place away from strong odors, moisture, and direct sunlight. Our tins are designed to be airtight, providing the ideal environment for preserving flavor and aroma.
What is the difference between loose leaf tea and tea sachets?
Loose leaf tea offers the highest quality and allows leaves to fully expand during steeping. Our silken tea sachets provide the convenience of a bag while containing the same high-quality full-leaf tea found in our loose tins.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our premium teas globally. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the selected carrier.
Are your tea bags compostable?
Most of our tea sachets are made from a plant-based material (PLA) that is commercially compostable. We are committed to sustainability and are continuously working to improve the eco-friendliness of our packaging.
What is your return policy for food products?
Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns on tea for food safety reasons. However, if there is an issue with your order or damage during transit, please contact our customer service team within 30 days for a replacement or credit.
