  Securely pack the unused portion of your tea or tea-ware in its original packaging, ensuring the Return Authorization number is clearly marked on the outside.

  Ship Item Back

  Send your package to our Millerton, NY warehouse using a trackable shipping method to ensure it arrives safely for processing.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or provide store credit within 7-10 business days.
